Big WHY?

WHY?

 Every one has different reasons to venture into agri. here is mine , Tired of busy life, running around with no fulfilling goal. Unexplainable connection to nature. Countries development is also one of the drivers. Don't want to follow masses. Remember stuck in traffic everyday getting to work to attend a meeting, getting a stressed out...


I  have following goals with farming initiative.

Connect with nature
fuel reverse migration to rural areas, show farming can be profitable.
Help struggling farmers. It would be me initially :)
Serve country's needs, reduce imports.

Mother Earth

I am living in US. I have dependency on my father to search for the land. Of course family needs to be on board before doing anything. It's separate effort in itself to convince them.I know everyone has a different criteria when searching for a land, here is mine.

Within 70km from Hyderabad.
Legal Road access to the land.

Scope for expansion
At least 5acres in size.
Reasonable soil quality.
Not close to chemical related factories
Reasonable water availability.RWH is primary.

Good neighbors and environment.




Looked at several lands, either land is not clear or doesn't have road access. Zeroed in on couple of lands, lawyer was okay with these lands. One has corn crop and another was not used for farming at this time.
